I ordered this sweatshirt for my husband as a Christmas present. I panicked that it would not arrive before we went out of town but the helpful staff allowed me to change the shipping address after ordering to ensure Christmas delivery. It arrived quickly but was packaged somewhat oddly–when I opened the shipping pouch the sweatshirt was inside in a tied plastic grocery-type bag. Not necessarily a problem, but plan to repackage if gifting. In the end the sweatshirt was very lightweight/thinner than I was expecting. It was also a lighter gray than pictured. I felt it appeared cheap and I returned the product.
