I purchased a Nebraska Husker umbrella from [...] and on the very day that I put the umbrella up on my patio it fell apart! After a request from [...] to send pictures I did so and asked for a replacement and was denied. They say product abused – It was a nice sunny day with a SLIGHT breeze, which should not have destoyed the umbrella that we paid good money for, if the weather had been very breezy or been a nasty day I could understand but it was a SLIGHT breeze in the air. I am very upset and very dissapointed with this experience as my husband is from Nebraska and we are Husker Fans and living in South Carolina I thought WOW I can give my husband a little piece of home – WOW did I get a kick in the teeth and what a huge sadness that we can not display our colors and our pride because of the defective product that [...] has and sends to the public.
